Building on the success of their award winning Home Center 2, Fibaro have announced a brand new Z-Wave home automation controller, the Home Center Lite.
And, what's more, Vesternet will have the first stock in Europe later today.
The tiny controller is just 90 x 90 x 33 mm and uses a new ARM Cortex A8 processor. But don't let its tiny size fool you, the HC Lite is more than capable of running your entire home and can support up to 230 Z-Wave devices.
It supports a huge range of Z-Wave devices from multiple vendors - communicating with sensors, activating lights, appliances and heating, and even alerting you if it detects threats such as fire, flood or break-in.
The HC Lite provides comprehensive Home management through its Rooms, Devices and Scenes setup and can also track your family members with its geo localisation GPS feature.
Just like its big brother the Fibaro HC2, the HC Lite includes fully configurable 'panels' that enable you to configure and control your alarm, heating, and air conditioning systems - even you garden sprinklers. It also adds enhanced Multimedia support, so you can seamlessly control your TV, home cinema and audio systems all from within the Fibaro System.
HC Lite is ready to run straight from the box, but it has been designed to be expandable using the optional GSM and battery back-up modules. The HC Lite will continue running even if there's a power-cut.
All of this is at your finger-tips in the Fibaro app, so you have complete control of your home, whether you're in the lunge, the office, or climbing mount Everest!
