Over the last few days, some of you may have had problems placing orders through the online check-out system.
We're really sorry about this issue and I'm pleased to say that it's all now fixed.
The problem was due to a small error in the system (aren't they always) that resulted in some people not being able to complete their payment transaction.
If you've placed an order since last Thursday (14th) and would just like to confirm that it's been received correctly then please send an email to sales@vesternet.com.
If you've had difficulty in placing an order, then please try again now, or send us an email to sales@vesternet.com.
On a positive note.
At the same time as fixing this problem, we've also streamlined the whole cart and checkout system to make it quicker and easier for you to place orders with us. We think you'll like the changes.
